Swedish development and construction firm Skanska has sold an office project in Poznan, a city in west-central Poland, to a joint venture created by Reino Partners and Bluehouse Capital Advisors for €38 mln.

Swedish development and construction firm Skanska has sold an office project in Poznan, a city in west-central Poland, to a joint venture created by Reino Partners and Bluehouse Capital Advisors for €38 mln.

Malta House, located on the shore of Lake Malta, is the first office project to be developed by Skanska in Poznan. The complex has a total leasable area of around 14,700 m2 and is 97% pre-leased with tenants including Franklin Templeton, Ciber Poland and Owens-Illinois.

The complex is the first LEED Platinum certified office building in Poznan.

PWC, CBRE and Dentons advised Skanska Property Poland on the sale while Greenberg Traurig Grzesiak and Arcadis advised Reino Partners and Bluehouse, with CMS advising Bluehouse on legal matters. Debt financing was provided by BZ WBK.

Reino Partners, a privately held real estate investment management firm headquartered in Warsaw, will add the property to Reino Dywidenda FIZ, its first closed-end fund.

Founded in 2004, Bluehouse is a private equity real estate investment management firm focused in Emerging Europe.
