The transfer will take place in connection with completion, which is planned for the first quarter of 2025.

Skanska is developing the Tora project, next to Spånga commuter train station, in the emerging new Bromstensstaden. The block consists of 145 rental apartments, of which ten are LSS homes for people with special needs. There will be four buildings, with some commercial premises on ground floor and a garage, totalling 9,100 m2 of leaseable area.

Construction will begin in the spring of 2022 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
