Builder-developer Skanska has sold an office property in the Swedish city of Malmö to Swedish group Ikano for SEK 1 bn (€110 mln).
The office property Klipporna is located at Hyllie station in Malmö and consists of three phases of offices with parking in the basement and covers about 19,000 m2 of office space. Tenants are Ikano, IKea, Skanska, Siemens and AAK. Ikano was formerly part of the Ikea group.
Klipporna was developed by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic and will be transferred to Ikano in June 2016.
