Swedish construction and property firm Skanska has signed an agreement to sell an office scheme in the new arts district of Malmö Live in central Malmö, Sweden to local insurer Folksam for SEK 580 mln (€62 mln).
The transfer of the property will take place on June 22.
Designed by the renowned Danish architect Dorte Mandrup, the property provides around 10,000 m2 of space and is multi let with the largest tenants including the Swedish Transport Administration, Swedbank and MAQS Advokatbyrå.
