Swedish developer Skanska has sold an office building under construction in Gothenburg for SEK 418 mln (€45.4 mln).

Swedish developer Skanska has sold an office building under construction in Gothenburg for SEK 418 mln (€45.4 mln).

The 7,500 m2 PARK49 building was acquired by Stockholm-listed property firm Fastighets Balder, who will also be one of the first tenants in spring 2016. Transfer is scheduled to take place on 1 July next year.

Skanska Commercial Development Nordic develops office and logistical properties, concentrating in the three metropolitan regions in Sweden and the Scandinavian capitals of Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki. Skanska’s worldwide sales in 2014 amounted to SEK 145 bn (€15.7 bn).
