Construction and development giant Skanska has agreed to sell the newly built Radisson Blu Riverside Hotel in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Construction and development giant Skanska has agreed to sell the newly built Radisson Blu Riverside Hotel in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The purchase amount is approximately SEK 420 mln (€49 mln) and the buyer is Swedish property company Fastighets AB Balder.

The building has 265 bedrooms over a leasable area of 13,300 m2. The hotel is operated by Winn Hotel Group, under the Radisson Blu brand, in a long-term rental agreement.

The building will be LEED certified, with the ambition to achieve Gold level.
