Swedish construction and property giant Skanska has divested the Green House office project in Budapest, Hungary, for €36 mln.

The buyer is Hungarian open-ended property fund Torony Real Estate Investment Fund managed by Diófa Fund Management, a member of FHB Group.

Green House is situated in the centre of Budapest and offers 17,800 m2 of leasable office space. Completed in December 2012, it is 95% leased.

Colliers International represented Skanska as the exclusive agent in the sale.
