Swedish property and construction group Skanska has sold the Studio B office building in Warsaw, Poland, to Stena Real Estate, one of Sweden's largest private property companies, for €86 mln.

The deal is the third transaction between the two parties in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Studio B is a part of an office complex designed by Danish Arrow Architects and Polish Grupa 5 Architekci. It encompasses 17,600 m2 of sustainable office space which was fully leased before getting the occupancy permit. Strong, global brands, like Societe Generale Group, C.H. Robinson, insurance company Unum Zycie and Business Link, are the main tenants in the building.
