Swedish construction company Skanska has offered its shareholders with holdings of between 1 and 199 shares to increase their holdings to one round lot (200 shares) or to sell their entire holding back to the company, without paying trading fees. The offer is being made in partnership with Swedbank Markets and runs from November 20 and December 1, 2006.
