Skanska has invested €65 mln in a planned office development in Budapest, Hungary.
Construction work on the first phase of the H2Offices project is due to start in Q3 this year and is scheduled for completion in around 12 months.
The H2Offices complex will comprise three buildings located in the thirteenth district of Budapest - the heart of the Váci Corridor - in close vicinity to a major public transport hub.
The project is aiming for WELL and LEED Platinum certifications, which would make it the second WELL certified Skanska project in Hungary.
