Swedish construction and property giant Skanska plans to invest about EUR 33 mln in the development of the Green Day office project located in Wroc³aw, Poland.

The building, which is aiming for Leed Gold certification, will provide around 16,000 m2 of space over seven above-ground storeys in the city centre of Wroclaw, near Skanska's Grunwaldzki Center. Construction started in the second quarter of 2012 and completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2014.

Skanska also said its Polish schemes Green Towers in Wroclaw and Green Corner in Warsaw have recently reached a 95% occupancy level. They provide 24,300 m2 and 27,000 m2 of space respectively.
