Swedish property and construction giant Skanska has announced plans to invest €48 mln in the development of phase I of the High Five office project in the Polish city of Kraków.
Swedish property and construction giant Skanska has announced plans to invest €48 mln in the development of phase I of the High Five office project in the Polish city of Kraków.
High Five will be Skanska’s largest office development in the southern Polish city. The first phase consists of two office buildings with around 23,000 m2 of leasable space.
In total, the complex will comprise five office buildings with a total leasable area of around 70,000 m2. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
Construction of the first phase is due to start in March 2016 and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017.
