Swedish construction firm Skanska has invested DKK 277 mln (€37.1 mln) in the first phase of an office project in Denmark.
The first phase of Ørestad City, in Copenhagen, will comprise a leasable area of 11,500 m2 and is due to be completed in April 2018. Sweco Danmark will rent 91% of the site once it is finished.
The second phase of the project will add a further 12,800 m2.
Skanska Commercial Development Nordic develops office premises, volume retail properties and logistics properties in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, with a focus on the major metropolitan regions.
