Pharmaceutical group MSD Finland Oy has completed the sale and leaseback of its current Finnish head office in Keilaniemi, Espoo to Skanska’s property development company for roughly €23 mln.
Keilaranta 3 is a five-storey office building with 5,000 m2 of lettable area. The property is located in the centre of Keilaniemi right next to the Keilaniemi metro station and the upcoming light rail line, Raide-Jokeri.
Tero Uusitalo, head of Capital Markets, JLL Finland, which advised on the deal, said: ‘The transaction is a great example of strong investor demand for good quality and well-located office assets with development potential.’
