Once the existing building on the site is demolished, construction work on the new property will start in September. Occupancy is planned for the end of 2009 or early 2010. Skanska has developed 100,000 m2, including the Skandia's project, and has about 25,000 m2 in building rights for offices and premises in Lindhagensterrassen.
