Swedish construction group Skanska is investing around EUR 32 mln in the first phase of the Kapelanka 42 office project located in Cracow, southern Poland.
This is the first project carried out by Skanska Property Poland in the Cracow region. Total leasable area will be around 30,000 m2 and the first phase will comprise about 12,250 m2 plus underground garage for both phases. Construction is due to start in the fourth quarter of 2012 and completion of the project is scheduled for the third quarter of 2014.
