Boasting 23,000 m2 of lettable space across eleven floors, Olivin will also house a restaurant on the roof, sauna and other services.

Skanska has already signed a twelve-year lease for 13,000 m2 of space for its new head office.

Targeting LEED Platinum and Zero CO2 certification, the building features wood construction and amenities like healthcare and bike parking. Construction work will begin in Q1 2024, and the office building is expected to be ready in Q4 2026.

The building will benefit from excellent communications links, including subway, bus and proximity to traffic routes.

The project marks the start of a wider development of western Kungsholmen, which is one of Stockholm's most attractive locations for work and living, thanks to good public transportation, mixed housing, and quality services.

Lindhagenskvarteren, where the office building Olivin is part of, is the final element of western Kungsholmen and comprises around 90,000 m2 of new office space.
