Swedish construction giant Skanska has purchased a 19,000 m2 building plot in Oslo, Norway, for €35.3 mln (NOK 340 mln).
Skanska plans to build 280 BREEAM-certified apartments, as well as an office building on the newly-acquired site. The project will start in 2022, and will be completed in 2027.
Skanska is the fifth-largest construction company in the world, focused on residential and commercial property projects in the Nordic region, Europe and the US.
