The development division of Nordic giant Skanska has invested NOK 640 mln (€66 mln) to secure a development project in Lillestrøm, Norway.
The project, dubbed Aveny Vest, will provide 176 residential apartments across three blocks.
The construction contract is worth NOK 490 mln. Building works are set to start in the first quarter of 2019, with all properties due for completion by 2021.
Skanska said Aveny Vest will be the firm's first BREEAM-certified housing project in Norway.
