Skanska has signed a £32 mln (€38 mln) contract with The Crown Estate to design and build Duke's Court in the West End of London, a retail and office scheme.
The project will comprise 3,250 m2 of offices from the first to sixth floor, and 1,000 m2 of retail and restaurant space at ground and basement levels.
Duke's Court, designed by John McAslan and Partners, is part of a £500 mln wider investment to regenerate the area.
Construction work starts in March 2017 and is expected to be completed in spring 2019.
