Danish real estate firm Sjælsø has sold three retail properties in Norway to a Norwegian investment company in a deal valued at around NOK 175 mln (EUR 19.3 mln)

The three properties total 13,500 m2 and are located in Gjøvik, Moss and Porsgrunn. Long-term leases have been signed for all the projects with
well-established retail chains, including JYSK, Monter Stormarked and Lefdal Elektromarked.

Barring the project in Gjøvik which has been commissioned and will therefore be handed over now, the other two properties will be transferred to the investor, a subsidiary of AKA AS og Skrindo Holding AS, upon completion.
