An affiliate of Sirius Capital Partners has signed an agreement to acquire a residential asset in Helsinki, Finland comprising 53 rental apartments.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The asset, Sitadelli 4, was acquired from residential developer Bonava ahead of the property's construction in a turn-key arrangement. The construction works will begin immediately and the asset will be completed in spring 2023.
Comprising an eight-floor high residential building, the property is located in Vuosaari, Helsinki close to the shopping center Columbus.
