During the course of 12 months, the firm has managed nine deals, comprising 56 residential buildings - three quarters of which are in the Helsinki commuter region, whereas the remaining are predominantly located in Tampere and Turku.

The assets have been acquired pre-construction at a pre-determined fixed price. Three assets have already been completed and a significant portion will be completed over the next 12 months.

'The last year has been very busy for us,' said Patrick Gylling, CEO of Sirius Capital
Partners, the investment advisor to Sirius Fund IV, whose investors are getting the exposure.

'We are very proud of this achievement and especially happy with the high quality of the total portfolio.'

Sirius Fund IV is a closed-ended real estate fund investing in build-to-rent residential assets in Finland. The investors in the €200 million vehicle are international, mainly from the US.
