The portfolio, which was acquired from a group of private investors, is anchored by tenants including Tokmanni, S-Group and Kesko and is largely located in the Helsinki region and Southern Finland, which represent around 50% of the package's net operating income.

'We have been active in investing in the Finnish retail sector now during the past year and continue to see many interesting opportunities within the sector,' said Jonas Ahlblad, CIO of Sirius Capital Partners. 'The acquired portfolio is characterised by strong cash flow combined with long and diversified lease maturities.'

CBRE Finland and Castrén & Snellman Attorneys advised the vendor. Krogerus Attorneys acted as the buyer’s legal advisor.
