German branded business parks operator Sirius Real Estate has acquired an office in the German city of Colognae from Wealthcap's closed property fund HFS Deutschland.
The transaction volume for the property, dubbed Plusculus, was not revealed.
The asset, which is located on the right side of the Rhein river between the Airport Business Park and the Cologne/Bonn airport, comprises around 20,000 m2. It is nearly fully leased and generates annual rents of around €2 mln.
