A newly-established affiliate of the Finnish real estate investment manager Sirius Capital Partners has signed an agreement to acquire a portfolio of 13 residential buildings comprising more than 700 apartments in Finland.
The portfolio is being sold by YIT, the largest construction company in Finland, before the start of construction works at a pre-determined price of €170 mln.
The assets are expected to be completed in 2022 and 2023.
