The deal for the 94,000 m2 property at 67 Lombard Street represents a net initial yield of 4%.

'We are delighted to have sold 67 Lombard Street on behalf of Green Property Holdings,' said Stephen Pearson, head of City Investment at CBRE. 'This sale demonstrates the continued demand from investors around the world and highlights the long-term appeal of London as a global financial centre.'

The building was comprehensively redeveloped by Green Property in 2014 to create nine storeys of office space behind a 1930s facade.

Located in the City of London, it is multi-let to six tenants, including the Fortune 500 company, Arthur J. Gallagher.

CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield advised Green Property Holdings on the sale.
