Real estate consultancy Silfiducia has been awarded a contract by Imopolis for the management of three office buildings in Chiado, near Lisbon, the website Vida Imobiliaria has reported. The assets include the Leonel office and residential building, the Terracos de Braganca and the Regata em Cascais office spaces. The buildings are property of Portugal's real estate investment fund Imodesenvolvimento, owned by the property company Imopolis.
