Austrian property firm Signa has reportedly launched the sale of two Berlin office projects worth a combined €650 mln.
According to a news report by Thomas Daily, Signa has mandated agents CBRE and JLL to sound out potential interest for the assets, which are Schicklerhaus in Mitte and Schönhauser Allee 9 in Prenzlauer Berg.
Schicklerhaus, also known as the Beam project, provides around 23,000 m2 of newly-refurbished space while Schönhauser Allee 9 offers 17,000 m2 of rental space.
