Shell Netherlands is in advanced talks to centralise a number of its offices in one location of up to 20,000 m[sup]2[/sup] in the Weena area of Rotterdam, PropertyNL, the sister publication of PropertyEU, has reported.

The move involves the Shell Downstream unit which currently operates from four buildings in the Pernis, Capelle Rivium, Rotterdam Prins Alexander and Rotterdam Blaak areas of the port city.
Citing reliable sources, PropertyNL says Shell is considering leasing 15-20,000-m2 in Weena. The parties and their advisors in the talks declined to comment.
