Industrial logistics developer DB Symmetry has appointed a new finance director and two new development directors to its business in the UK.
Andy Pinto (left) joins as finance director from Urban & Civic, while Jonathan Wallis (centre) and Harry Sadlier (right) join with a development mandate from Miller Developments and LxB Retail Properties respectively.
'We expect to receive planning consent for over 30 million sq. ft. of primarily logistics property over the next four years. The experience that Harry and Jonathan bring to the team will be crucial in delivering first class product for our occupiers and sourcing new opportunities,' commented Richard Bowen, managing director of DB Symmetry.
DB Symmetry has an existing portfolio comprising 1,500 acres of land holdings with an expected development value of over £2 bn.
