Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise (SFL) has sold a mixed-use property at 3 rue de la Boetie in the 8th arrondissement (district) of Paris to a fund managed by Lasalle Investment Management for EUR 53.25 mln.
The property comprises 6,263 m2 of offices, retail units and apartments, and SFL said in a statement that it generated rental revenue of EUR 2.15 mln in 2006 - an average of EUR 430 per m2 for the office space.
SFL was advised by Knight Frank and Atisreal, notary Oudot & Associes and Lefevre Pelletier & Associes. The fund was advised by Notarial office Chevreux. registered as a SIIC (a French real estate investment vehicle) since 2003, SFL has a portfolio of some EUR 3.2 bn of office and retail properties in the Central Business District of Paris.
