French company Società Fonciere Lyonnaise saw property rental income rise 3.5% to EUR 125.5 mln in the first nine months of 2007. SFL, a subsidiary of Spain's Inmocaral, said the occupancy level (excluding properties undergoing renovation) rose to 98.1% on 30 September from 97.7% at end-June.

On a comparable portfolio basis, the value of SFL's property portfolio rose 2% to EUR 3.897 bn at end-September compared with end-June and 11% from December 31, 2006. The value of the portfolio had climbed 17% at end-September from the EUR 3.3 bn at 31 December 2006.

SFL is a SIIC, France's version of a real estate investment trust (REIT).
