Sera Global has hired a former London-based real estate capital raiser in its New York office.
Bailey Puntereri started with the fast-growing advisory firm this month as partner in the Private Capital Advisory area responsible for institutional investor and consultant coverage as well as advising real estate operators and managers on capital sourcing strategies, vehicle structuring and equity placement.
He is the latest name to emerge at Sera as the Brookfield-backed firm continues to cause a buzz in the private investing advisory industry by hiring a formidable team.
As revealed by PropertyEU at the start of the month, in London it has hired Eoin Bastible, former UBS head of business development EMEA, Real Assets, and Ian Currie, formerly a director at Europa Capital.
Like Bastible and Currie, Puntereri is well known in London after spending almost six years in the capital firstly as an associate with Park Hill Real Estate, then with CIT Real Estate and Atlantic-Pacific, before re-joining Park Hill as a principal back in New York.
