UK logistics property company Segro said it has sold two logistics and business properties in France to two private investors. The financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.

The company has disposed of a building in Bonneuil sur Marne, south-east of Paris, to a local private investor. The asset, which was bought by Segro in early 2007, is leased to DHL Express and offers 6,572 m2 of commercial space.

The company also sold a warehouse premise in Aubagne (Bouches-du-Rhône), north-east of Marseille. With a surface area of 2,200 m2, the property is let to Antalis and was acquired by Segro in 2006. DBX Conseil advised the seller. Vincent Gerard acted for Segro in both transactions.

London-based Segro, formerly known as Slough Estates Group, is active in 10 European countries and has a portfolio of 2.7 million m2 in Continental Europe. The company's business in Italy, France and Spain is led by Marco Simonetti.
