Industrial investor Segro has acquired a logistics complex on the Vossenberg industrial estate in Tilburg from Abrdn.

The purchase price was not revealed, but the deal volume amounted to €48 mln according to the Dutch Land Registry.

The building at Gesworenhoekseweg 2 is a warehouse with 31,900 m2 of warehouse space, 1,400 m2 of office space and 3,200 m2 of mezzanine space.

The six-year-old building is Breeam Very Good In-Use certified and leased to Tesla on a long-term basis.

In addition to the acquired location, Tesla leases two further logistics facilities buildings on the Vossenberg industrial estate, one of which is also owned by Segro.

The seller was assisted commercially by Knight Frank, and by DLA Piper on legal matters. The buyer was advised by Stibbe (legal), SGS (technical) and notaries Quist Geuze and Meijeren.
