Segro gets green light for hotel and spec industrial unit in Uxbridge

European listed logistics specialist Segro has secured planning consent for 501 Riverside Way, a 37,240 sq ft (3,460 m2) pre-let hotel with adjoining restaurant, together with a speculative 26,430 sq ft industrial unit.
