Industrial property specialist Segro has completed the construction of a new 3,200 m2 scheme at Tudor Gate in London.
The scheme comprises a 900 m2 development for underfloor heating manufacturer Warmup Plc and 2,300 m2 of speculative space.
The speculative element - suitable for various uses including food production and self-storage - marks Segro's return to this market in Park Royal, one of Segro's core London markets.
Both industrial facilities have a BREEAM Excellent and EPC 'A' rating.
Jones Lang LaSalle, Doherty Baines and CBRE have been appointed to market the speculative development.
