'The business parks with services are still a rare product in France, representing just 5% of the global stock, while demand for the assets is robust,' said Segro's director for France Laurent Horbette. 'Segro is developing two other business parks in France, one north of the Bourget airport, in Gonesse, and the other in Courneuve.'
Active in France since 1973, Segro has a portfolio of 630,000 m2 in the country worth some EUR 530mln, of which about 80 % in the Ile-de-France region. About 15% is in the Lyon region and another 5% in Marseille.
