Slough Developments France, a subsidiary of real estate company Segro, has bought a 22,000 m2 industrial and logistics building from the Imprimerie Nationale group for an undisclosed amount. The property is located in Bondoufle, northern France. The complex, situated on a 9.5 hectare site, has building rights for an additional 15,000 m2 of business space. The transaction reflects a yield of 7.25%.

Designed by the architect C. Vasconi, the building was built in the 1990s by the Imprimerie Nationale. It is let on a 9-year lease to Evry Rotatives. 'For Slough Developments France this new acquisition reinforces its presence in Bondoufle, which already includes two Grade A logistic centres for a total area of 35,000 m2 in this commune, let to Procter & Gamble and ODS,' the company said. CB Richard Ellis acted as advisor on the deal.
