Europe's industrial REIT Segro has appointed Andy Gulliford and Phil Redding to the new roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer, respectively, reporting to Chief Executive, David Sleath.
As Chief Operating Officer, Andy Gulliford will be responsible for the group's operational property teams both in the UK and Continental Europe. He has been at Segro for seven years and for the past 18 months, he has been managing director of the business in Continental Europe.
Phil Redding will be responsible for determining the group's investment strategy and its implementation. This will involve overseeing capital allocation across the business and will include managing acquisitions and disposals. He has been with Segro for 16 years and is currently business unit director for London Markets.
Following these changes, Segro has decided to re-organise its three UK business units into two.
The two business units will be known as Thames Valley and the Regions, led by Gareth Osborn, and Greater London, led by David Bridges. The current National Markets Business Unit will be absorbed into these two business units.
