SEB Asset Management has completed the acquisition of an office property in Dusseldorf-Rath for its SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return fund. In a statement, the company said that the purchase agreement for the building in the Theodorpark area was signed in January 2008. The total investment amounts to close to EUR 22 mln. The seller is Munich-based Dibag Industriebau.

The five-storey property was built in 2002 and has 9,743 m2 of office rental space, plus 435 m2 of archive space and around 180 parking spaces. The building is let in full to ThyssenKrupp Real Estate. The addition of this asset increases the number of properties held by SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return to 33, spread across 11 countries.
