SEB Bank is providing funding for the construction of an A class office building in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius.
The €20 mln loan has been granted to Lords LB Baltic Fund II for K29, a development which will provide 14,250 m2 of office space at Konstitucijos Alley on the banks of River Neris in Vilnius.
The business centre will be surrounded by a two-hectare green area and will have 560 parking spaces.
Lords LB Baltic Fund II is investing €30 mln in the project which is to be delivered at the end of 2014.
