SEB Asset Management has acquired the Cap de Paris office building in the Montrouge district of Paris for about EUR 50 mln. The property is fully leased to French publishers La Martinière Groupe for a fixed term of six years beginning from March 2010.
SEB Asset Management has acquired the Cap de Paris office building in the Montrouge district of Paris for about EUR 50 mln. The property is fully leased to French publishers La Martinière Groupe for a fixed term of six years beginning from March 2010.
The eight-storey building comprises 8,100 m2 of office space and 173 parking spaces in a four-storey underground car park. The building is located on the corner of Boulevard Romain Rolland / Avenue Aristide Briand and was sold by pharmaceuticals group Pfizer.
