The site, to be known as Central Park, benefits from existing planning consent, with infrastructure already in place, SDLL said. 'This alliance provides us the opportunity to create a long-term investment portfolio in this outstanding location,' said Michael Shebson of SDLL.
'We intend to launch the scheme to the market in the course of the coming weeks, and are confident it will quickly acquire a national profile,' added Jason Dalby, managing director of Goodman Logistics UK.
SDLL and Goodman have appointed Knight Frank and GVA Grimley as joint agents on the scheme.
SDLL is an overseas investment company, associated with the Israeli privately-held group Dizengoff Trading.
