SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa REIM, has purchased an office building in Beukenhorst, a popular office district in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The Orion Campus encompasses approximately 11,000 m2 of rentable office space and 315 parking spaces. It boasts a high occupancy rate, with over 90% leased to multiple tenants.
The seller is CCP 5 LL, a core-plus perpetual fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners alongside their operating partner, Nexus Real Estate.
SCPI Transitions Europe acquired the property at Siriusdreef 60 for a reported €27.5 mln, based on Land Registry data.
Built in 1999, the property underwent extensive renovations in 2021. It currently holds several sustainability certifications, including the A/A+ energy labels and a BREEAM Good pre-assessment score.
The Orion Campus offers excellent accessibility by car and public transportation, with convenient proximity to both Amsterdam city center and Schiphol Airport.
