Schroders to fund €49m mixed-use development site in Cambridge

Schroder UK Real Estate Fund (SREF) has agreed the forward funding of One Cambridge Square, which will see the development of a new £45 mln (€49 mln) office building situated within the mixed-use 40-acre urban quarter of Cambridge North in the UK.
