Independent investment management firm Schroders Capital has strengthened its real estate team in Manchester, UK with the appointment of Rob Prescott as asset manager.
Prescott joins the Manchester office from real estate consultancy OBI Property and has more than ten years of experience working in the north west and wider regional commercial property market. He will report into fund manager Phil Scott.
As part of this newly-created role, Prescott will support the real estate team on assets across mandates operating in the region. These include the recently awarded Greater Manchester Pension Fund mandate, Schroder UK Real Estate Fund, Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust and Schroders Regional Office Property Unit Trust.
The real estate team also manages Schroders Capital’s City Tower and 1 Spinningfields assets in Manchester.
