The L-shaped office building is located approximately ten kilometres north of the business centre of Stockholm in the Solna sub-market. It provides around 12,000 m2 of leasable space and more than 400 parking places in an underground garage.

The vendor was Deka Immobilien, acting on behalf of its Deka-ImmobilienEuropa fund.

The property is currently being used by five tenants, with DHL Nordic, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Post, occupying the largest share of the space. Deka-ImmobilienEuropa purchased the property in 2004.
