Investment and development company Scamp Holdings has purchased two office buildings in London for EUR 98 mln. The properties provide some 11,600 m[sup]2[/sup] of lettable area and were acquired from Pinder Fry Investment Fund and a private client of property investment consultant Lewis & Partners. The deals reflect a 5% initial yield, Property Week reported. Tenants include the legal firm Travers Smith and Brewin Dolphin Securities.

Scamp, chaired and owned by Kevin McCabe, is currently bidding to take over Teesland, and has offered £200 mln or £1.59 a share for the quoted fund manager.
